Last Updated: May 16, 2026
Welcome to Suncoast Football Scouting Agency LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are a Florida-based agency committed to protecting the privacy of our visitors, particularly the high school student-athletes and families we serve. This Privacy Policy outlines our data practices in accordance with the Florida Information Protection Act (FIPA) and applicable provisions of the Florida Digital Bill of Rights (FDBR).
1. Information We Collect and Process
To assist student-athletes in navigating the college football recruiting process, we collect:
Voluntary Information: Personal data provided via contact forms or profile registrations, which may include the athlete’s name, graduation year, high school, athletic statistics, academic information (such as GPA/test scores), highlight links, and parent/guardian contact information.
Automated Information: We use Google Analytics 4 to collect non-personal data (e.g., browser type, device type, general location, and page engagement) to optimize our website layout and recruiting resources.
2. Florida Minor and Children’s Privacy Compliance
In compliance with the Federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Florida’s heightened protections for minors:
Under Age 13: We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone under the age of 13.
Ages 13 to 18 (Florida Minors): Florida law grants enhanced digital protections to minors under 18. We do not publicly display an athlete’s bio, picture, or profile on our website without the affirmative, explicit consent of the student-athlete and their parent or legal guardian.
All sensitive or non-public background data (such as transcripts or coach contact logs) is restricted to a secure Google Workspace architecture and is never made available to the public.
3. How We Use and Share Your Data
We utilize the data collected strictly for athletic scouting and recruitment coordination:
No Sale of Data: Suncoast Football Scouting Agency LLC does not sell, rent, or trade the personal, sensitive, or biometric data of our athletes or website visitors to third parties.
Authorized Sharing: Athlete profiles and recruiting data are shared only with verified college coaching staffs, athletic departments, and academic recruiters, strictly with prior parental/athlete authorization.
Third-Party Processing: General analytical traffic data is processed securely by Google Analytics.
4. Your Rights and Data Control
Under Florida consumer tracking guidance, website visitors and guardians hold the following rights:
Right to Opt-Out: You can control or block tracking cookies through your browser settings, or utilize the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Right to Access & Delete: Parents, legal guardians, and athletes may request to review the personal information we have collected, request corrections to inaccuracies, or request the permanent deletion of the athlete’s data from both our public website and our secure Google Workspace storage.
5. Florida Data Security Commitments
In accordance with FIPA (Fla. Stat. § 501.171), we implement and maintain commercial-grade administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect consumer records. In the highly unlikely event of a data breach affecting secure records, notifications will be made strictly in compliance with Florida statutory timelines.
