The Agency does not guarantee collegiate admission, a spot on an athletic roster, or the receipt of athletic financial aid/scholarships. All final recruiting decisions are made solely by the respective collegiate institutions.

While Suncoast provides mentorship on NCAA and NAIA eligibility requirements, the student-athlete and their legal guardians are ultimately responsible for maintaining academic eligibility and complying with all state high school athletic association rules. Suncoast is not an official representative of the NCAA,  NAIA, or any educational institution. 

Suncoast Football Scouting Agency LLC is a scouting and recruiting consultancy. We do not represent athletes in professional contract negotiations, nor do we market an athlete's 'athletic ability or reputation' to professional teams for compensation as defined under Florida Statute 468.452
